Class Policy

Full payment is required prior to making a class registration.

Please make your reservation at least 7 days prior to the date of the class you would like to attend.

Cancellations will not be accepted within 7 days of the scheduled class. Refunds will only be issued upon request and only if cancellation is received 7 days prior to class. Failure to cancel within 7 days prior to the class will result in a loss of class fee.

Some classes may require a minimum number of students. Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled if the minimum is not met. Refunds will be available upon request for cancelled classes.

All classes are a minimum of 2 hours and start promptly at the scheduled time.

Some classes may require the purchase of a kit, pattern or book. Patterns and books are copy written and cannot be shared or copied during class.

Class size is limited.

Guests are not permitted in the classroom during classes.

Children are not permitted in classes or events scheduled for adults.

We conduct special classes for children.

We value your safety, therefore if the Public City Schools are closed where the class is being conducted due to inclement weather, we will not conduct classes. In all other situations, or when in doubt call for additional information.
