Event Policy

Event fees are required at the time of registration.

Full payment is required prior to making an event registration.

To insure available space, please make your reservation at least 30-90 days prior to the date of the event you wish to attend.

Cancellations will not be accepted within 21 days of scheduled event. Refunds will only be issued upon request and only if cancellation is received 21 days prior to event. Failure to cancel within 21 days prior to the event will result in a loss of event fees.

Some events may require a minimum number of attendees. Events may be cancelled or rescheduled if the minimum is not met. Refunds will be available upon request for cancelled events.

Some events may require the purchase of a kit, pattern or book. Patterns and books are copy written and cannot be shared or copied during the event.

Class size may be limited.

Guests are not permitted in the designated event areas during the event.

Children are not permitted in classes or events scheduled for adults.

We value your safety, therefore if there is inclement weather, we will post all event changes on the Tidewater Sew-Vac Facebook page as well as the Tidewater Sew-Vac web site. In all other situations, or when in doubt, call 757-321-3952 for additional information.
